For some clients, this need includes complementing our coaching services with training some of the client's own staff to provide internal coaching using the Goldsmith Coaching Process^TM (GCP^TM).

For these clients, we have a range of on site training offerings. In addition to our 2-day GCP^TM training program, we offer Coach Mentoring and Coaching the Coach services. Applicants for the training course may include internal coaches, OD/Training consultants, and other HR or business staff members moving into internal coaching roles.
